About Me
  1. My name is Sherri and my passion is photography. I love boudoir and capturing the beauty of my clients no matter how they think they look. Boudoir pictures let them see a different side to themselves. I love to wow them with the finished product.
  2. I hold a Diploma in photography, am very experienced in Photoshop and love the editing side of this job too. If there is something extra you need done to your photos then I can do it. I hope to make your experience with us a great one and hope you can recommend us to your friends with a smile.
My Studio
  1. My studio is in my home. I have a separate room set up just for boudoir shoots. This room has a fireplace and bed set up. I also have a pool table room that makes for great shots. The shooting will be done by me (Sherri) personally and no one will be in the rooms with me. Some shoots require an assistant and you will be asked ahead of time if you are comfortable with this.
Payments
  1. We require a $100 deposit to hold all appointments. The balance is payable before the session. All retouching services to be paid with balance. Payments accepted are cash, Paypal and email money transfer.
  2. If you are paying cash please bring it with you to the shoot. If you are paying by Paypal or email money transfer please allow us enough time to confirm payment, usually 24 hours.
  3. All product purchases are done online through your private gallery and can be paid with Paypal. If you would like to pay cash for your products then please contact me. Must give 24 hrs cancellation notice or your deposit will be forfeited. This applies to rescheduling as well.
What to Bring
  1. Wear what makes you feel sexy. Cut-offs and a white tee can be incredibly sexy as well as a lacy chemise or camisole. The key is your level of comfort. I can't stress that enough: you have to feel good in what you wear.
  2. We recommend that you bring 3-4 outfits and it is also popular to do the shots in between the sheets. You can easily “dress up” a bra-and-panty outfit with thigh highs, garters etc. You may want to bring something that belongs to your significant other: a sports jersey, button-down shirt, a tie, hat, etc. Bring heels to go with some of your outfits and jewellery too. At the start of the session let me know how many outfits you have brought so we can divide the time accordingly. Wear the outfit you feel most comfortable in first. Although the sheets will cover you, bring something strapless if you are uncomfortable being topless for the ‘in-between the sheets’ photos.
  3. Iron your clothes and use hangers to bring outfits that may wrinkle. Wear loose fitting clothing and undergarments and comfortable loose shoes when you arrive so that you don’t have red marks on your skin. Bring outfits that you like and make you feel good, confidence shows in the images!
  4. You may want to bring a sweater or small robe to cover yourself if you need it to go from room to room. No pets or small children in studio during shoots. You can bring a friend but they must wait in the waiting area during your shoot. Please park on the right side of driveway closest to stairway.
Retouching
  1. Basic retouching includes enhancements of the face like the removal of wrinkles, crows-feet, under-eye bags, pimples, excess shine, and teeth whitening. If there are any body imperfections like cellulite, moles, hairs, dimples, scars then they should be pointed out ahead of time and you can have these removed in all your pictures for an extra cost. We can also use a skinny feature. This is to shrink your tummy, thighs or waist. This takes time and can be done for an additional fee for 5 photos. The most current prices can be found on our web site's Sessions/Boudoir page.
  2. Retouching of tan lines or sunburns is not included. Try to avoid shoulder strap tan lines, however most other tan lines will be covered with lingerie. I highly recommend that you do not self or spray tan before your session. Results are almost always orange, blotchy and unnatural looking. Do not use a tanning bed just before the session, especially if you are doing so for the first time as you may get unexpected results. Being more tanned doesn’t necessarily make you look better in photos.
